In 2017 Kari worked with me and my family to find my current home. We had some very specific items on our wish list. I was looking for a home that would accommodate my pre-teen son, mother and her husband. We also wanted to avoid HOAs and avoid a pool (which is harder here than it sounds). Lastly, I desired to be close to my office. Kari was very patient, showing us countless homes over several weeks. Her knowledge of the Valley market is impressive, and her guidance was priceless. We ended up with a 4 bedroom home only 5 miles from my office! We avoided the HOA and the pool. The biggest surprise to all of us was our home had 2 Primary bedroom suites (I didn't know that even existed at the time). But maybe the best part was getting in 10 percent below my budget!
